Sunshine Yard Cards is looking for people to join our team as part-time crew members. Crew members are responsible for yard sign display pick-ups and installations throughout The Suncoast.

 

What's the job? Initially, you will be our trusted pick-up person. This is arguably the most important job at Sunshine Yard Cards. You'll also get the opportunity to help with installing our yard displays which can mean more $$$. You'll be helping pickup, organizing, and getting signs ready to go back out in the yard. Signs are generally picked up from 8am to 11am any day of the week. 

 

While you are getting your groove on picking up our yard signs, you will also have the opportunity for on-the-job training installing our yard signs. This is where someone with a background in art and design will excel. Our goal is to help you earn more by adding "Installer" to your Crew Member title. Installers who prove they have the eye for design, customer service, and enthusiasm it takes to wow our clients, are also eligible for Sunshine Yard Sign franchise opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately deliver and pick-up yard signs

• Maintain accurate inventory of yard signs

• Be on call for weekday and weekend delivery and pick-ups between 8-11am

 

Requirements to pick-up and install yard signs for Sunshine Yard Cards:

• Able to work mid-morning weekdays and weekends from 8-11am

• Have a reliable cell phone that supports GPS driving directions (Google or Apple Maps)

• Be 21 years old or older

• Have at least three years of licensed driving experience 

• Able to lift up to 30lbs

• Have a valid US driver’s license

• Use an eligible 4-door vehicle

• Proof of residency 

• Proof of vehicle insurance

• Driving background and criminal history check 

 

Vehicle Requirements:

• Must be a four-door car, truck, or minivan

• Vehicle must be 10 years old or newer

• Driver’s name must be on the insurance for the vehicle

• Driver’s name does NOT have to be on vehicle registration

• Driver must pass a background check and driving record check
